About the event

We are very pleased to be able to the opportunity to enjoy a free, relaxed, sociable and creative couple of evenings of Thread Journaling  (suitable for beginners).

Thread journaling is the art of using thread to represent and record your everyday experiences as miniature stitches. This can be done daily, weekly, monthly, or whenever you fancy.

Classes are centred on capturing memories and practising gratitude through active mediation whilst developing skills, building confidence, and a community. Something that has proven to help people feel less stressed, less anxious, and more relaxed.

The activity and all materials are free of charge.

Dates:

1st August 7pm to 8:30pm

12th September 7pm to 8:30pm

Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Please note: The complete course is 2 x 1.5 hour sessions. If you are unable to attend both, please let us know when you request a space.

We are so excited for this and it will hopefully something you can use in your everyday life to support your wellbeing.

Any questions please email hello@selfcarecreatives.com.
