About the event

Thread journaling is the art of using thread to represent and record your everyday experiences as miniature stitches. This can be done daily, weekly, monthly or whenever you fancy.

Classes are centred on capturing memories and practicing gratitude through active mediation whilst developing skills, building confidence and a community.

This session combines an Introduction to Thread Journaling with a relaxed social, and is suitable for complete beginners as well as those returning to the practice.

This workshop is funded directly by the community, helping us keep these creative wellbeing sessions accessible and welcoming. Materials and tea/coffee are not included. If you’d like to contribute to the ongoing running of these events or support our Pay-It-Forward scheme — helping those who can’t currently access classes but would really benefit from attending — any support is greatly appreciated.

Sessions funded by the community.
