Stockport - Thread Journalers

Thread journaling is the art of using thread to represent and record your everyday experiences as miniature stitches. This can be done daily, weekly, monthly or whenever you fancy.

Classes are centred on capturing memories and practicing gratitude through active mediation whilst developing skills, building confidence and a community.

Attend the Introduction to Thread Journaling class, followed by a bi-monthly social where you can further your skills and share progress with fellow attendees.

All materials and tea/coffee are provided free of charge. However, if you'd like to contribute to the ongoing running of these events or support our Pay-It-Forward scheme—helping those who can't access the classes but would greatly benefit from attending creative wellbeing workshops—your generosity would be greatly appreciated.
