About the event
Thread journaling is a gentle creative practice using stitch to capture everyday moments — little memories, feelings and reflections, recorded in thread.
Sessions focus on slowing down, practicing gratitude and building confidence through simple, mindful making, all within a welcoming and supportive community.
This session blends an introduction to thread journaling with a relaxed social. You’re very welcome to bring your own craft too — whether that’s stitching, journalling, crochet or something else — and simply enjoy a calm, creative space with others.
Suitable for complete beginners and those returning to the practice. Steph will be there to offer guidance and support with embroidery throughout.
