About the event

Thread journaling is the art of using thread to represent and record your everyday experiences as miniature stitches. This can be done daily, weekly, monthly or whenever you fancy.

Classes are centred on capturing memories and practicing gratitude through active mediation whilst developing skills, building confidence and a community.

Attend the Introduction to Thread Journaling class, followed by a monthly social where you can further your skills and share progress with fellow attendees.

All materials, tea & coffee are included free of charge, but if you would like to make a contribution to our Pay-It-Forward scheme to help benefit people who can't access the classes but could really benefit from a Thread Journal Kit, it would be massively appreciated:

Sessions funded by NIF (Neighbourhood Investment Fund).
