About the event

Thread journaling is the art of using stitch to capture and reflect on everyday life — turning small moments, memories and feelings into meaningful pieces of embroidery. There’s no pressure to keep up; you can stitch daily, weekly, or simply whenever you feel like it.

These workshops offer a gentle, creative space to slow down, practice mindfulness, and explore gratitude through making. Alongside learning embroidery techniques, sessions are designed to support wellbeing, boost confidence, and build connections with others in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

You’re welcome to join as a complete beginner or return to continue developing your skills, friendships, and your own thread journaling practice.

What’s included:

  • A full Thread Journal Kit (RRP £45) to keep
