About the event
Thread journaling is a gentle creative practice using stitch to capture everyday moments — little memories, feelings and reflections, recorded in thread.
Sessions focus on slowing down, practicing gratitude and building confidence through simple, mindful making, all within a welcoming and supportive community.
This session blends an introduction to thread journaling with a relaxed social. You’re very welcome to bring your own craft too — whether that’s stitching, journalling, crochet or something else — and simply enjoy a calm, creative space with others.
Suitable for complete beginners and those returning to the practice. Steph will be there to offer guidance and support with embroidery throughout.
This workshop is funded by the community to help keep sessions accessible and welcoming. Materials and refreshments are not included. If you’re able to contribute or support our Pay-It-Forward scheme (helping others attend who otherwise couldn’t), it’s always deeply appreciated.
