About the event
Thread journaling is the art of using thread to represent and record your everyday experiences as miniature stitches. This can be done daily, weekly, monthly or whenever you fancy.
Classes are centred on capturing memories and practicing gratitude through active mediation whilst developing skills, building confidence and a community.
Attend this weekly course consisting of 6 workshops, starting with an Introduction to Thread Journaling. You will then be involved in planning the skills and techniques that you would like to learn throughout the project.
Course dates are 11-12.30pm on:
