About the event

Join us for a cosy, creativity-filled session as we embrace autumn with a little self-care, reflection and connection.

This season, we're creating our very own Autumn Vision Boards! 🍁

As the seasons change, it's the perfect opportunity to slow down, reflect on what matters to us and set some gentle, achievable self-care goals for the months ahead.

Expect lots of colour, beautiful imagery, inspiring words and plenty of creative freedom as you put together a vision board that's completely personal to you.

Whether you're hoping to make more time for yourself, embrace a slower pace, try something new or simply find more joy in the everyday, this is your chance to turn those intentions into something beautiful.

All materials will be provided, and you'll leave with your very own Autumn Vision Board to display at home as a lovely reminder to prioritise yourself.
